We patrol parking lots the same way your tower used to, with the added responsibility of calling the tower and providing a Tow form in accordance with the new towing laws.
Due to recent law changes they are no longer permitted to patrol for illegally parked cars leaving your property to do its own patrolling unless you hire a third party which cannot be the tower.
No, we encourage you to work with the towing company you prefer, and we will not recommend or suggest a different company as we wish to remain completely unbiased and indemnified in the choice. We will work with any tower or third party we are directed to work with.
